Not a Dak owner, but Durango 4.7L

Cut out stock, and welded a Flowmaster super 40 in place.

The sound clips are great...they help with making up your mind for a nice system. Let's keep this going for as long as we can.

 

Did this just die or what??? There are alot of other posts on exhausts. To bad someone hasn't tallied all the responses for a total of which riegns supreme!!

 

got my system off ebay for under 200.it's a cat back system, single in dual out flowmaster,2.5 inch pipes all the way out to the rear bumbper including polished stainless tips.not to bad to put in,used clamps that the system came with.my truck was only about 2 and a half years old with under 17000 miles.sounds great at idle and when you let off.really sounds awesone when you open her up.

 

Bought a magnaflow for 150 bucks from local place in town, included welding and so on. Sounds good Nice deep rumble on my v6. I wish I had a v8 though....

 

How does a V6 sound with the better mufflers? I hope not like a Ricer!!!!

 

Il see if I can get a video soon. I finally got around to fixing my leak on the headers so I will see once my wheel bearing comes in. The Idle is already twice as loud as it was before I fixed the leak!

i have a three inch cat back system on my 04 4.7 quad cab with the magna flow bullet series and it comes out right in front of the rear tire i love the sound i get out of it its loud enough to get people attention but not so loud that you get sick of driving it

 

The sound clips are good. The Hooker Areo chamber sounds good. Does the 3.9 really lose torque with a good exhaust??
