Default Speed Sensor location

I need to replace the speed sensor on my 1999 Dakota 4X4, 5 speed manual. Where is it located? I know it shouldn't be all that hard to but, I'm not sure of its location. Thanks for the help.

well there are 2 speed sensors, what is the reason that you are replacing it, did it throw a cel? or did your speedometer stop working,

if your speedometer stopped working and/or your brake and abs lights are on that is the rear wheel speed sensor, located on top of the rear differential(sp),
~$50 for the part

if your truck threw a cel p703 (i think might not be the right number) than it is located on the drivers side of the transmission just a little bit forward of the driveshaft(the only electrical connection underneath there)
~$20 for the part

The ABS light is on and the speedometer kicks in around 65mph. Thanks!
