Default gauge cluster
my truck does not have a factory tach and i would like to add a cluster with the factory tach. is it a direct swap like withmy 95neon or is there more to it?

Well if you do decide to swap out the cluster for one that hasa tach, you'll need paper work to show for the adjusted milage.

the milage is programmed in to the ecu right? wouldn't it show up as the correct mileage?
