Default radio clicking

I just had my 60,000 mile tune-uptoday and now my radio has a clicking coming over the speakers and it sounds as though it is in time with when the spark plugs are firing. If you press the gas the clicking speeds up. It is on a 2004 quad cab if that will help. Please help me I have a trip in two days from Texas to Georgia and I don't want to be driven insane by this noise.

Default RE: radio clicking

is it an amplified system? try regrounding the radio. engine noise is caused by a ground loop. re-groung the radio to a good solid peice of metal behind it to eliminate the loop
