because dodge didnt think when they designed the ac drain, at highway speeds the water rolls over the drain edge then thru the foam in the firewall and into the pass, side floor, i used a 90 elbo and some clear hose, to get the water down.,..

Theres ALOT of things Dodge didnt think on when they designed teh whole freaking truck.

WHy they used a special nut for the fan clutch.

Why a one piece fan shroud when a 2 pc would had been better for repair.

Why making it so you have to remove the dash and discharge the AC to get the heater core out.

Cheap exhaust manifold bolts.

Running power steering hoses against the frame loose.

That wonderfull 2 pc oil cap that likes to spin when you try to take it off.

Crap OEM O2 sensors

Hiding the coolant bypass hose under the AC bracket.


Others?

i've been running my ac hardcore since april and it wasn't until recently that i started getting this water problem. that's why i'm confused? isn't this an issue that should have happened a long time ago?
