My first post here, I frequent this sight mostly reading. I have an 02 Dakota, 4.7 V8. I'm getting ready topurchase a single Flowmaster muffler (super 44) with a nice stainless tip.Nothing fancy but hopefully it should sound nice.I'm ordering via the internet. My question is, do I order the offset muffler in/out or do I order the muffler with a center inlet and outlet or does it matter ?I'm along time Mustang guyand with those itsusually offset mufflers. Truck mods are new to me.

get underneath of her and check it out I have a single in dual out. and mine is center in and dual off set out.

 

ya i have the 20 series single in dual out. it sounds nice but i bentthe piepes so i just cut it off after the muffler. i wouldnt recommend going with the single chamber flowmaster cause it would sound ridiculous loud and you would get annoyed with it after a while.

 

wait, how many chambers is th 20 series? i kno the 10 series r single, r th 20s single too?

 

the 20 series is a two chamber. it catches peoples eyes when i drive by.
