does anybody know this part name? or where i can find it. i circled it in red

its a plastic piece on the bumper that clips on

Rear Bumper Cover? Junkyards should have a few bumper just lying around.

im gonna get a new bumper pretty soon. driver side is trashed but maybe i could get the passenger side for u. where u live?
