Default trans problem (imagine that)

i went back 20 pages in this forum before asking this question (was guessing someone else had a similar problem). 99 dakota r/t shifts fine when cold. after about 10-15 minutes of driving it doesn't want to stay in overdrive. the longer i drive it, the worse it gets. in town i just shut the od off, on the highway i can usually get up to about 60-70 and then turn the od back on and it will work. if i have to let off because of a slower car in front of me, it will kick out of od, and i have to fight it all over again. i've read questions about similar problems, and the response was something about a governor soleniod and a gonernor sensor being the problem. could this be my problem?[sm=helpout.gif]
