ok, i have a 2000 dakota that i added aftermarket fog lights to, i want to wire them to the headlight switch just like if the truck came with them. my only problem is i need a headlight switch with the fog option as well as the plug and part of the factory wiring harnes to connect to if anyone knows where i can get these parts i would greatly appreciate it. i have tried local junk yards but no good.

 

advance auto parts is where i bought my switch, it was bad causing my fogs not to work its $40 and in stock

 

Where'd you get your fog lights from? How much did you pay for them? Mine don't work and I'd like to have them. Advance Auto Parts told me $70 a piecefor the OEM, well I dont wanna spend $140 on fog lights

 

i got my lights from advance auto parts. i believe the brand is pilot. they are, from what i understand exactley the same as the factory ones but alot brighter. i am happy extremelywith them. i did see that i can get the switch from there but i need the part of the harness that plugs into the switch so i can just connect that with the aftermarket harness that came with the fogs.
