Default Steering

Hey
I am new here and to Dakots, I have a 2000 club cab 4x4 that has some weird steering.
If I am going around a curve it feels like half way around the steering breaks.
I can only relate it to motorcycle that has squared off tires if you lean over so far you go over that edge it is a little disconcerting. The tires are in good shape and don't appear to out of alignment or balance.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure that what you have is the same as what mine was doing... in a curve steering goes really easy one way andthen kinda hard back the other way... but I changed out the fluid for some Valvoline Syn PS fluid and it straightened mine right up. I think the old oil was just too dirty and depleted to hold pressure or something.
Welcome to the forum, btw!

Thanks for the idea and the welcome, it can't hurt to change out the fluid even if it doesn't cure the problem.
Thanks again
Paul
