Default Questions

Hi. I am new here. I just picked up a 2001 Dakota with the 4.7. 4 Door, 4 Wheel drive. I was just wondering what i should start with, as far as performance goes. Should i get a CAI or just get a K&N drop in. Or maybe exhaust. Well let me know what you think.

Thnx,
Brent

is the $380 for a superchip worth it? it claims 21hp and 19 ft/lbs. that would be pretty good bang for the buck, but does it really show nearly that much?

i'd do a nice exaust before i dropped that kinda money on a chip. the exaust will give you added power, plus it looks great, and sounds awsome.

the sucking sound. that's funny. why don't you just get a CAI with some shinny chrome? it'll look pretty and give you your apealing sucking sound.
