Default Radio switch

I have a 00 Dakota and I want to switch out the stock tape deck radio with a radio that has the cd player. I allready have the new player my question is where do you get the adaptors to plug the new radio into the stock wireing harness?
Thanks

LOL, junk mart. Sounds like a place you'd buy a Ford.
