Hi all - I've got another question, some sort of heat shield (I believe it helps protect the steering column?) has worn through and basically brokenoff of my 1999 Dakota......how easy is it to replace/install a new one? What kind of tools would Ineed?

a Socket and Ratchet wrench. Pretty simple to remove...
