i live right by the B&G chrysler place and i was thinking about getting the M1 flash right after i get the intake just wondering what everyones opinion is on power gains and driveablility im looking forward to having top end power with the M1 im sure the flash will just add to it

I had one done. Don't really have enough done to it toREALLY feel the gains, but the pull in the upper rpm's is better. No drivability issues, pretty much no difference in before after, besides my heavier right foot using more gas. It just adjusts the fuel curve and shift points and raises the speed limiter. But if you stop off there at B&G, then you can probably talk to Dave and adjust whatever you want to depending on the mods you have or will have in the future.

 

go to the 2nd gen ram forum and talk to SilverDodge... he's had it done, plus there are a few others over there who've had it done but I cant remember who off the top of my head. [&:]

 

what is a B&G computer flash. and what will i have to do to get one? when i build the motor can they program cams heads etc? thanks man

 

you should build your motor 1st, finish all the mechanical changes to it, then send your pcm off for the flash. that way it'll be optimized for your setup.
