Default Front End noise? HELP

So when i leave my house and put the truck in reverse there is a sort of a pop noise from when i turn the wheels and back out of my driveway. Happens when i drive too when i turn in will make that noise, or if im backing up turning the wheel into a parken spot. Its a 2wd

Any ideas im thinking tie rod ends? Maybe steering linkage?

get under the front end and have someone turn the wheel back & forth so you can look at what's going on... then go from there

A popping noise could be also your ball joints.

Mine just started doing this too, or at least similar to it. It's only when I back out of my driveway with my steering wheel turned to the left, just as the truck comes to a stop when hitting the brakes. Then I put it in drive, turn the wheels to the right as I give it gas and it pops once more. But it won't do it again till the next morning when I go to back out. It won't do it going forward either, other than right after it pops going in reverse as I mentioned. The pop seems to be coming from the passenger front wheel well, so I jacked it up yesterday and tried rocking the wheel. Nothing that I could tell. So I went to the drivers' side just to see if the noise was throwing me off, and nothing that I could tell there. The tie rods seemed to be good and tight with no slop. I'm guessing this is acting more like ball joints. Any other ways to narrow it down better other than rocking the wheel?

Thanks.
