first off. i'm getting brand new bfg m/ts put on monday. size 255/85-16 which is equal to 33x10.75. i'm stoked about getting new tires. the places my truck goes now with the very worn out stock goodyear wranglers is awsome. i rented a john boat with a 30horse toady from the MWR on post and headed up to belton lake. well, all the ramps are closed except the one on the the complete opposite side of the lake. so what do i do. i lauched that sucker where i wanted to fish. just backed my truck into the lake. both times i pulled my truck out and i didn't even get any tire spin(2wd). i love my truck.

I wish I could say the same about my truck lol. Iv had so many problems it's not worth it for me. Maybe my ticking noise will finally be gone now that I have placed a header gasket on the truck..

 

do you have lift or anything on your truck? cuz i dont think 33's would fit stock without some major trimming.

 

I think the 33's would fit fine. I have 31's and they are 10.5 wide, so really close to these and they only rub on turns very sharply.

 

they would not fit if you want to turn lock to lock plus what is the opint?

 

I have 32x11 on 17" R/T rims, and they rub a lil bit and I cranked my T bars 2".. so 33's will rub. but just cut a bit off the front bumper and you should be fine.

 

the new tires are only 2.4" taller diamerter and -.39" less wide. the'll fit wonderfully! they better be in tomorrow, or i'm gonna be one pissed off cookie.

Heh, Just throw a 6 inch lift while your at it lol. JK. But a lift looks sweet on these trucks. But I would only do 6 on a v6, any higher and the engine wouldn't pull!

 

when I ordered my tires. they were suposed to be in on a friday. and then I get there and only 3 show up. I was pissed. I had to wait till monday for the 4th one to come in. so they gave me a bit of a deal.

 

Nice, wtf kind of dumbass sends 3 tires though? lol.
