Could anyone direct me to a place that tells me, the offset, backspacing, and lug pattern of a 97 dodge dakota 4x4 V8 Magnum

the 15" rims are 4.5" back spacing.

92-04 Dodge Dakotas and 98-03 Dodge Durangos have a 6x4.5 aka 6x114.3 bolt pattern. The backspacing can vary depending upon wheel design - there is no "one size fits all" backspacing value.
