i have an 04 quad cab and the reason why you are having so much trouble is cause from the year 03 to 04 the changed the steering from a bolted on gear box to a rack and pinon and its all demand but look on ebay or you will have to have a custom lift done

there is a 5.5" tuff country lift. its expensive and its more of a "show lift" you can just crank the T bars, then add blocks in the back and get a body lft.

I have talked with a few guys that have the tuff country lift and they only have a few complaints and mods to correct the problems.

1. Weak cross member - before installation beef it up with more supports
2. Bump stops decreasing actual ground clearance - remove bump stops and use limiting straps instead.

other then that most I have talked to have been happy with it. Not the best lift, but for an IFS what are you really gonna due?
