Sounds like a vacuum line got knocked off somewhere... or broken. Did you replace the gasket under the TB?

Make sure you hooked the vacuum line back up to the brake booster properly.

Ooops. That would be intake manifold. My bad. Make sure though that you are not getting a leak somewhere though. Try spraying brake cleaner or carb cleaner around the base of the throttle body and see if it revs up slightly when you do that. It means your gasket is leaking.

ya, it will be either the TB gasket or a vacuum line came off or has a hole in it.

Same EXACT thing happened to me. Took me a little while to figure it out....

When i was cleaning the TB, i removed the Air Intake sensor. Well, apparently the little plastic bar at the end of the AI sensor broke off, made its way down the throat of the TB, and got jammed in my IAC (or was it the TPS?). I would suggest pulling the sensors and checking them out. You could give them a good cleaning while your at it..

you may have not lined up the tps correctly during the install, take it out and try again. I did this along time ago on my 2000 ram and realized it when the motor reved over 1000 rpms... check it out when you do the vacuum searching..
