Help please

I have a 00 dakota sxt. My problem is strange all my lights flicker like strobes at times and will cut out. Replaced the headlamp switch no dice. I am starting to think its the body control module any ideas.

sounds like a relay going bad or geting a bad conection but could be a bad ground hard to trouble shoot something i cant see look at alldose anything coroded or out of place
