Hey guys, new to the forum. So I put in my stereo unit in my dakota today and got the wiring harness/dash install kit. Well, I know how to install it, blah blah blah, but what did you guys use for a ground? I used the "ground clip" wire, blackish/green. I snipped that a few inches in just in case I cut the wrong wire or something silly and spliced the grounds together. The unit works great and I am very impressed with the stock speakers in the truck to be honest. All four speakers kick hard and have a nice mid/treble.
