very easy. Put your right hand under the dash panel next to the pass air bag defeat switch, and pull. Then pop your finger under the panel by the left side of the AC controls- pull. And again at the left next to the dimmer *****. And thats off. then unhook the airbag switch (dnt worry about them going off, i unhooked the batt anyways though) and AC control harness, tilt wheel down, pull shifter to 1st gear (dont need the key- see recall), lift panel over wheel, and set on top edge of driver door while it's open. Then radio is 4 bolts and either 1 or 2 harnesses.

right. It's all pop clips, they aren't like door panels so dont worry bout breaking them (they wont break), just go down there and start pulling. I'd say the hardest part is getting it out from the steering wheel/guage cluster area. There's a gasket there you have to avoid tearing, then get it back in straight. I got mine out alright, getting back in, the left sid vent and light switch didnt agree with me, i got the cluster are in but the gasket kinda folded up, once i got those straightened up the rest was cake.

IIRC there are some retaining clips on 2 side of it, believe you have to pop those loose then they should come right off. They should eb the kind that are flat and have a slat in them that a hook on the controls grabs. You just pop that clip up and slide back
