Default RW Speed Sensor has NO Power

I have a 2001 DQ cab with a 5 speed manual. I came up to a stop sign and put the brakes on and the ABS Pump activated under normal brakeing condition and `wouldn't stop running. Same time the Speedometer stopped working and the truck started stalling when I came to the next stop sign. The truck starts right back up and idles fine after it stalls until I come to the next stop, then it starts to stumble and stalls. The only way to keep the ABS Pump from running even when the truck is shut off is to unplug the wire on the ABS Pump. From my research going through the posts I figured it would be the Rear Wheel Speed Sensor. I replaced the sensor and still the same problem. I checked the plug for power now and both wires are dead (no power) when the trucks running. Explains why replaceing the sensor didn't help. I cheched the plud and the wireing harness for breaks and burned contacts and everything seems fine. What else should I check and where should I start? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i believe the sensor wiring harness goes into the ecu.i would unhook the battery for a few minutes and reconnect to see if it clears the problem.from there i would say it is in the ecu.
