Recall G 28
I looked for this in past posts and didn't see it so I apologize if it's already been posted.
I was messin' around on Carfax and it showed my 2001 had an open recall that was just issued 12/27/07 I believe.
Anyway it's an gear shift lever lock problem and I just wanted to give a heads up to everyone that might have missed it. I check Carfax out every once in a while just for this type of situation. Everybody might want to check out if their truck is affected. I didn't receive anything in the mail, I just bought mine at the end ofSept. so it may not be registered in my name yet for recalls and such.

i'm taking mine in today. I knew it was an existing problem, they finally issued the recall last month (it was actually thanksgiving week that they announced it on the news here)
