Default Door weatherstrip?

after i bought my truck, the previous owener gave me two pieces of weather stripping material and said they go somewhere around the door but he wasn't sure where? Does any one know the answer?

i found while shopping for my truck that about half of the trucks i looked at either didnt have the weather stripping or it was falling off from the bottom of the doors. must have been a common problem...mine was half off and i just used some rubber cement to put it back on. havent had any problems since.
