I need your help again.

I did try all stuff to loosen it like WD40. LOL I just wanted to add that so you people don't think I am that stupit.LOL I even try to heat it up with a torch and I am still here. LOL

I will pay some one that is around Casco to change it for me or around Green Bay just email me and I will be there.
