Guys

can you tell me what the difference between my 97 Dakota and an 01-04 Dakota as far as the fit of the mats
I am looking at buying a set here in the UK which are Mopar Part no.s - 82206511 (fronts) & 82206515 (rear)and are descibed as for the 01-04 dakota
Do you know if these will fit mine??

Thanks

From 1997 to 2004, the Dakota (2nd Gen) used the same dimensions for the front seats for the floor mats. The only reason you should see rear mats is if you have a club or quad cab model. However, I do believe the rear quad cab mats are larger then in the clubcab....

Why can't these car companies get together and just agree on one term for each model?

you think thats confusing.. look at the toyota tacomas... the 4 doors are called double cabs, the extended cabs are called access cabs, and the reg cabs are... reg cabs [8D]...

yeah it really doesnt make sense.... crew cab, or mega cab or access cab... wtf? it should be regular, extended, quad, quad plus (instead of mega) that would make life so much easier
