To be honest with you I am not sure yet. They are going to have the race tires on those rims, and the stock rims will be for daily driving. I am changing the rear-end anyway though.
Yes it is going to be a daily driver. The challenger I have is too obvous that I can blow the doors off a ferrari, but spinning the tires going 80+ on the freeway in a truck will blow some minds!
you and your truck both need therapy. I need therapy after seeing that. I wonder what that kind of power would be like w 4x4?
I need a lot more than therapy at this point. The sad thing is that the hardest part in this swap is re-doing the dak body harness. I am addicted to speed! I figured it's time to do a truck. Is there like a AA meeting for that??
are you swapping the entire drivetrain from the viper into the dak? If you are... a v-10 6speed dakota would have to be the coolest thing ive ever seen. I bet with weight reduction, a blower, and lots of traction goodies that truck could run 10's.

Yeah that's the plan, I'm going to go with a HUGE turbo setup in the end since It's got enough power on the low end that a "blower" is not really needed, and on this car I don't want the whine from the belt(although I love that sound). The only cosmetic change will be a "V10 Magnum" badge to replace the "V8 Magnum" badge. And the rims on race day.[sm=bling.gif]
