I just bought a pair of smoked out tail light covers and i followed the instructions and they dont seem to stick like they should. just wondering if anyone had any tips
did it come with little alcohol wipes to clean the surface first? gotta make sure all the road oil and dirt or dust is off it first. i put on some of those vent visors on the doors and havent had a problem...so far. i guess all i would do is get different tape and try it again
i wiped the hell out of the lights with the pads im going to get some more tape tomorrow...do they sell the velcro tape at a local auto parts store or at a hardware??
I had the same tail light covers a while ago. I had them on for almost 2 years. I had to end up just glueing them on with some loctite. and they were fine after that.
i was going to suggest just gluing them too, but someone beat me to that idea...but if you dont want anything permanent id still try another type of tape
