My heater works fine but I do have a problem with the venting system. When I put the dial to just the floor it blows heat on the floor AND defrost. All the other vent positions work correctly. What's the deal and can I fix it?
If I'd have known this when I bought it (I got it used this past summer) and before the warrenty ran out I'd have had the dealer fix it but I didn't figure out what was up till after winter REALLY set in and the warrenty ran out. Lucky me. TIA
