Default 2002 dakota 3.9 problem

The other day on the way home from work my abs & brake light came on. So I did a search & found out it is a Wheel Speed Sensor (rear), then I found out when I turn the parking lights or head lights on the tach doesn't work & truck will shut off when I push the clutch in. This only happens when the lights are on. Only codes Im getting are P0031, P0500, & P0132. It's driving me nuts & I can't figure it out. [:@]

Thanks for any help
Jim

My buddy had a 5 speed and when his sensor went bad it caused his truck to stall out quite a bit too. He never mentioned anything about only when the lights were on though. I would just start by replacing the sensor and go from there.
