If it's the 4.7, they make a PCV relocation kit to stop the issue.

FYI the baffle that was designed to go into the oil fill pipe does not address the problem, only makes it invisible when you take the cap off. like mentioned, change your oil regularly, remove the baffle and clean it when you change the oil. on mine, it is ugly in the winter months, goes away completely during the summer.
