Amsoil Engine Flush
I am a certified motorcycle mechanic. Motorcycle enginesare fairly close to trucks I guess. I work at a dealership that sells Honda, Yamaha, and HD. We're not allowed to use fram filters there, have to stick with factory only. Oh, to be back at MMI in Florida. The bikini's, the parties, the parties, and did I mention
the parties. The big bugs, blistering heat, hurricanes, I think I'll stay in Pa.

To me, engine flushes have always sounded like scams. My daughter did have a used Stratus with oil pressure problems. I took off the oil pan and 90% of the pump pick up screen was clogged. The entire bottom half of the engine was covered in sludge. I cleaned the screen, removed as much sludge as I could with a screw driver, then ran the engine with straight Kerosene. Kerosene was only a buck or two for a gallon and it lubricates well.
Bottom line, once the screen was cleaned the car ran just fine (and is still running just fine) with the engine full of sludge.
