Projector light problems
I recently got a set of projectors/LEDS for my birthday. I went to put them on, but I have a problem, my truck, a 2001 dakota has two marker/blinker lights and the Projectors only have one. If I leave one of the markers unplugged, my blinkers blink super fast. Is the some wiring I need to fix? Has anyone had this problem? I don't mind doing whatever I have to, but I just need to know what I have to do. Please help!
Thank you.

RE: Projector light problems
The simplest thing would be to plug the extra bulb back in, and tie that extra line off. The bulb will still be there, and will blink whenever you have your blinkers on, but if you tie it off to the radiator support or inner fender or something, you won't see it or know it's there. I'd prefer that to cutting wires. Cutting wires always leads to the possibility of wiring issues down the road, and if you leave the stock wiring in place, you can return to the stock lights if you had to (like for state inspection for example).

97-99 can just put in a LED flasher, 00-04 need resistors in the green wire for the blinker to make then blink like normal. since LED draw alot less power, it makes the truck think that you have a bulb out.
so batman, go get a EP27-L flasher and it will be fixed. its like $10 at napa.

RE: Projector light problems
I have the same headlights. Solved the problem with just using a resistor. Got it from www.vleds.com its really easy to install it. Comes with the splice to. No need to cut wires at all. Just put the clamps over the right wires and squeeze down and your done. I never bothered to install the LED lights. I was more about the halo's
