Default Lift kits

im in the market for a lift for my 97 dodge dakota. Nothing to big just something to raise it up a lil, but not really lookin for a body lift since i was told they create a stiffer ride. I want something about 2 inches but somewhere in a affordable range since i am on a college budget.lol.. post any pictures you have of yours. thanks guys

you could do the front coil spacers that would level it out and lift it. or you could get the bigger coil springs.

Body lifts do not create a stiffer ride. The suspension is not touched, and when done properly, the stock body bushings are still in place, below the body lift blocks. I have a 3" body lift on mine.

Suspension lifts can alter the ride because you're actually changing the suspension. If you have a 2WD, you could do what murdoc chongo said above. If you have a 4WD, you can adjust the torsion bar springs to lift the front.
