Default dakota running rough

I started having an issue with my 2001 3.9 dakota 58k 4x4 last week . When you first start it up and the motor is coming up to temp it runs like its getting choked out. i replaced 2 o2 sensors the one before the cat and after the cat and had the codes cleared at autozone. it had a p1038 and some misfire codes . any ideas maybe i need to do a tune up on it.
i pulled a plug and it looked fine. also changed the air filter and oil and filter. i have heard of some of you guys talking about the throttle body getting dirty. like i said it runs rough for about 30 seconds and then it clears up. it also back fires a lil bit.
any ideas cuz im stumped for the moment.

if you use marvel mystery oil in each tank of gas. you will Not need to add fuel system cleaner at all. mmo will KEEP fuel system clean, and it will lube the fuel pump, injectors, valves, piston rings. heard a story about a guy that had an airplain, that he used mmo. the faa said it must get an overhaul. when it was taken apart the mechenics said that it DIDNT need overhauled, it was clean as new. mmo should seal the rings, and reduce oil comsumtion. on my last gallon of mmo i anded a pint or maybe qt of 2 cycle oil to one gal of mmo, i have put 4 oz of this mix in 4 times which is equal to one full tank of gas. it seams to be ok.

I would pull all the plugs and wires, check all of them. Make sure they are all in tact.. Atleast you only have 6 iv changed my plugs like 6 times in the last 5 days... lol. Checked the wires about a 100 times. Rotor and cap can do this, a bit of water gets in corrodes a electrode. Boom, Misfire... Id check the obvious first...

Believe me iv seen some weird stuff. A Crank sensor, Cam sensor. (Each of these control your Electrical Firing.)

I bet you it's a dirty spark plug and once it warms up runs okay or something along those lines... If It's back firing, and you changed o2's maybe a wire got wripped? Spliced broken, whatever Id check that before replacing o2's twice... Vacuum leak could very well be the culprit too, check as much as you can before replacing stuff...

Mine is located on the drivers side of the throttle body. You should have two sensors...one is the IAC, and the other is the TPS. I don't remember which on is which.....

It's a 3.9, so it will be on the back the IAC, TPS is on the RIGHT.

You will tell when you pull it out, the tps looks like a spinning type thing, the iac looks kind of like a plunger...

Thats for a 4.7.
