I have an 03 Dakota, and am looking to upgrade the crappy goodyears that came on it. I want to go bigger but keep the same stock 16" rims, any body know what the biggest size without rubbing or other problems?

I think your in the same boat as me. I got 16x7 i think on mine. But anyways i put 31s on mine and i love it. www.tirerack.com shows you what you can put on your truck.
