Default IAC valve

I was going to remove this in order to take the TB off and clean it, but it won't come out. I disconnected the elec., removed the screws and tried to gently pull it out. No luck so I pulled a little harder and still nothing. How hard do you have to pull to get it out or is there some trick like warm the engine up first, etc.?
Thanks

I pulled on it by hand, but did not resort to any helpers (i.e small prybar or screw-driver). How much force are you talking about?
Thanks

try twisting it a bit... Did you remove the bolts, because it shouldn't be that hard...
