Keeping Stainless Stell Tail Pipes Clean
On my Dodge Dakota my dual exhaust tips get dirty real fast, mainly from dirt from the tires. Does anyone use a certain type of cleaner/polish that keeps them clean and shiny?
Nevr-Dull, from Eagle One.

Bar none, the best metal polish out there in my experience.

Does that help keep them clean, almost like it wont let dirt stick to them as good or just helps clean them? I can wipe away the dirt easily and they are like new it's just keeping them that way over time behind car washes.
I think it just cleans them and makes them look good. I wouldn't think you could keep something thats exposed like that to the open clean...
I might try this on my polished aluminum wheels, needed a good cleaner but didn't know what to buy.

The Nevr-Dull is a cleaner and protectant. It comes as wadding with the product applied to it...it has the consistency of a really wet SOS pad. You pull some wadding off and clean/polish the metal. Then let it sit for a few minutes, then buff it off with a soft cloth. So it cleans and protects and leaves behind a layer of protection after use. Water will bead up nicely after a heavy application, though obviously that won't "repel" dirt.
I find that as long as I do the Nevr-Dull every few months, the pipes just need a wipe with a dry cloth to keep them mirror-shiny after every wash.
