Got them on ebay for 70 shipped. Comes with what you need to install. These are 10000k. These pics were taken with my enV so i apologize if they're not the greatest. And they actually look blue in person. The only thing i had trouble with is these aren't made for specific vehicles they are just made for specific bulb numbers and they said the positive and negative are backwards from japanese cars so i just had to flip a plug around and it worked fine. It took about a half hour to install (with blonde girlfriend "trying to help" lol.)
The Ebay store is intenseHID. The only thingthat sucks isthey don't have the kit for the fogs yet

nice i just installeds the siverstar ultras and my visibility had inproved by like 26.4%[sm=lol.gif] and i love them and i also installed hyperwhites in my fog lites thats nice too and silverstar in my turns and LED for my side markers.....oh and LED tails too
you do lose your high beams but since i live where there are a lot of street lights and a lot of traffic i don't normally use them that often so it doesn't really matter for me.
I had silverstars in before i got these HIDs and i thought the plain old sylvania bulbs were brighter. I personally don't like the silverstars. I don't think they're worth the money.
Hopefully after i change my steering knuckles and bearings i can't get the HIDs for the fogs and maybe some different tails. My tails now are aftermarket but with chrome and i have nothing else chrome on the truck so it looks kinda dumb. But they're functional so they're good for now.
Here is a pic at night i thought i had added with the others but apparently not.

Holy crap -- that glare in the camera...yeah, that's what oncoming traffic sees. These light housingsdon't have reflector shields in front of the bulbs -- HID conversions like this are extremely hazardous to oncoming traffic. Whether or not they flash their lights at you is NOT a good indication of whether they're being blinded. There's a reason conversions like this are illegal. In a stock Dakota housing...there's scattered light all over the place with an HID conversion. There's a guy with a Grand Cherokee around here with an HID conversion. Similar vintage as our trucks, and similar light housing design. I flash my lights at him everytime he's coming at me, but he just motors by (not that he could flash back!). You oughta have someone drive your truck towards you once, and get down at eye level with traffic, and see what it looks like. All you'll be able to see are two bright-**** lights and nothing else.
Here's an excellent website on the topic: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/t...nversions.html
There are lots of downloadables and even a video that show why this thing is ineffectual and dangerous. The video is especially telling.
However, you ARE correct that stock Silvania bulbs will put out more light than a Silverstar. The Silverstar is a blue-coated bulb, and that blue coating actually ROBS the bulb of light. Sylvania knows this and the bulb is "overdriven", which often accounts for its shorter life. If you want a better headlight, install a non-coated high-efficacy bulb, like a GE Nighthawk, OSRAM Silverstar (not sold in the US),Philips Vision Plus, etc.

I'll have to take some pictures of my conversion. I have had several vehicles with HID kits and while the beam pattern in my Dak isn't too bad, but I also aimed the headlights further down than normal to eliminate the glare. Because of that, mine don't blind traffic and it doesn't affect the visibility improvement at all.
God dam it I want some now. Especially for projection beam. Ohhhh baby. So do you have to wait for the bulbs to charge up before turning on the dakota. Or do you turn on the dakota then the bulbs. I heard sometimes they flicker a little.
