I just bought a 2000 Dakota 3.9 SLT. The tranny dipstick feels like it's a half inch too long. Push it in and it pushes back about a half inch. In addition to that, the tranny fluid level is about an inch over the full mark when hot. Tne dipstick part no 52107769AA is what the book calls for. Does anyone else have this problen, and what did you do?
