Unlock all doors -> ignition off?

Unlock all doors -> ignition off?
Does anyone know how to reprogram an 03 Quad Cab so that all the doors unlock when I shut off the ignition? Driver-side door unlocks fine. I've looked through the manual and online with no luck.
Drives me nuts (the truck is new to me). I'm used to the Durango we have where everything unlocks.
