Do any of the keyfob functions work, or is it just that one door? If its just that one door, you probably have a bad door lock actuator, but if nothing works, you might try t new battery in the fob itself. The two halves of the fob pry apart and I believe it takes two CR-2032 batteries

only thing that dosent work on the fob is the lock function. it sounds the horn when you push the lock button but doesnt lock the doors. i replaced the battery about 6 months ago. i’m just baffled about all of it!

I had the same problem. It's very common. There is a CTM (central timing module) computer for the lights, door locks, windows etc in your kick panel on the driver side. It's gone south. Get a new one from the dealer and have them program it for your truck.
