Default no radio/interior lights

Good evening everyone, Today I was going to install a couple L.E.D's under the hood for more light for night emergencies. I stupidly was going to splice into my factory underhood light, upon doing so I accdentally shorted the live wire to ground. So now I have no power running to the factory hood light or interior dome lights and my factory radio doesn't work.
I checked all fuses and relays and the only one that doesn't work is the radio fuse and it is not blown there is no power running to it.
Any Ideas?

Well I found the fuse, It was in the interior dash panel with a black plastic cover over it, labeled I.O.D. ????? Glad it wasn't a melted wire somewhere in the loom.

Default IOD Fuse

The fuse that he was talking about is surrounded what looks to be a black "fuse puller", but in actually, don't come out. This is a mini-10 fuse that runs a lot of different options. IOD= Interior On Demand (that's what the dealership said anyway). Upon looking at the wiring schematic, it runs the Interior Lights, Radio, Hood Light, Power Mirrors, and it cut off my cig. lighter too. I had a pinched hood wire whenever I kept blowing fuses. Talk about being Pi$$ed whenever you can't trace a bad wire. Anyway, the switched wire for the hoodlight is the ground and the hot wire is constant, which is why they blow. If you need pictures, pm Me and I'll try and post some for you.
