2001 4.7 interchange

Will a 2003-04 4.7 directly interchange with a 2001 4.7? there is a good price on ebay right now for a 2003-04 4.7 engine, but I have a 2001 Dakota.

i know that a 2000 dakota 4.7 has special motor mounts and only a 2000 4.7 will fit in it...
