Well, traded the dak yesturday for....
i like the car, but i dont like the monthly payment to have it.. if i was rich and could buy a one and pay it off right there at the dealership i would get one, but 300+ a month just blows my mind. NO way in hell i would pay for gas and the 400+ a month payment.. no thanks.
i had a SI race me, white one going to the truck wash, raced them like 2 times, at a stop light they pulled up next me to and rolled down the windows, i was waiting for some asain punk *** kid with his gf to start talking ****, but it was a HOOOOOT *** Blond haired girl.. probably like 17 or 18.. she was like "you SUUUREE you don't want to run again" all seductive and **** and i was like "yep" and turned left... only if i was single i probably would have got a piece of *** out of that,. but o well.

The payments are outrageous. But... than again, there are people rollin' in Escalades that pay more for vehicle payments than I pay on my house.
To go back to what DevilsReject said about people needing to get smarter about what they drive... most of the reason we are in the gas price problem we have is because the demand is outpacing supply. That's because every one thinks "my usage has no effect," but when you have 100 million people (in this country, plus those in other countries)thinking that, it adds up. We only have ourselves to blame for the high prices, even if you can afford to pay for it.
I'm not against SUVs or trucks or anything (I own a Dakota, and I'd love to get a Jeep), but we need to cut down on our demand.
