Default squeaking noise

I just got this truck, its an 2004 ext cab, I thought this would be an easy fix but I am a little stump, the squeaking will happen when I give it gas, or when i stop, i can shake the truck hard and make it squeak, the noise is coming from the cab, the things that I did already is tighten the 6 body mounts on the cab, i also spray then with silicone, I have step bars which I have tighten, the squeaking is still there, what else can I check?

it's in your suspension, most likely the bushings are worn, dry, and the rubber is rotting. in some instances the ball joints may squeak if they are worn from a lack of grease. check all the moving parts in the suspension

When I had the truck on the lift I also spray silicone on almost everything that I saw would move or have some type of rubber. I didn't look into the front of the truck meaning the balljoint, tierods, etc. these parts on this truck can make a squeaking sound? I know they will clunk or bang. thanks, I will look into that when I get a chance to but her back on the lift. for now I guess I have to trun up the radio.

it could be a bushing in the shock mount, a lot of looking over and paying attention to detail, more than likely a bad bushing versus a tie rod or a ball joint
