Default new wheels

hey, so i have 16" wheels with bfg all terrains on my truck right now. I want to put street wheels on it for a cool look. but also have my all terrains for the winter.

what is the biggest rim size i can get without any rub?
will getting street rims and tires give me better gas milage, because of the smoother rolling resistance?

There are folks on this forum with 20"x9"s on their Dakotas. But if you want better economy, you need LIGHTER wheels and tires for less inertial resistance. Less resistance also means better acceleration. That normally means smaller wheels and tires unless you spend big bucks for special lightweight wheels. Tire Rack.com shows the importance of checking tire weight; some tire brands can weigh 10lbs. more than another of the same size. Most people are more concerned with looks than performance.

Tire Rack recommends 265/50x20. My wish list includes 275/35x20's because I want the smaller diameter. I don't think these sizes on 8" or 9" rims will stick out past your fender flares.
