Default 99 dakota sport V6 stalls when driving

my truck just stalled when driving...almost sucking for gas, had pedal all the way down picked up and was ok. on the drive home from work same thing.

replaced plugs, air filter, checked wires, fuses, checked fuel lines for leaks,(basic stuff) noticed the inside of the cat sounded loose ??? could it block the exhaust and cause me to stall. midas is saying over $700 for a new cat.

this happen to anyone or have any tips ?

thanks

well go get a hi flow magnaflow cat and have a local muffler shop install it. I would recommend to change the o2's at the same time.

or you could get a couple O2 simms and just delete the cats all together.
