Default Problem while cruising sorta...

Okay here is the problem, when I am driving my truck, I can be driving all fine, I let off the gas it keeps going than when I go to put my foot back in the gas it will kind of jump down 400-500 rpm, and you feel it in the cab kind of like slam on the breaks for a second, or it missed a beat... lol. Everything seems to shift, fine no loss in power.

This has only happened to me since I swamped it. It does take a bit to start now though, but I think it may be a spark plug that takes a bit to warm up or something, because once it is started it runs nicely. I did however pull all the plugs and clean them before I tried to start it again.

I am thinking torque converter lock/unlock. I will try the plugs again, I went and cleaned them all but noticed no difference... I don't see the crank sensor causing this but someone correct me if im wrong. (Only happens when driving about above 60 km/h and let off and go again.)

Any ideas?

BTW changed the TPS, there was some oxidizing in the TB.

just out of curiosity, which trans did you go with when you did the swap? maybe that will shed some light on the problem...

I kept the 42re in there. It shifts fine, I am going to replace the crank sensor and all plugs, I will see what happens.. I found a new crank sensor that is sealed...
